The Southern Safety Tri-Lateral (SST) Leadership and Culture Engagement Committee, made up of two Co-Chairs and members appointed by the SST Subcommittee, performs the principal function of screening recommendations and issues prior to being formally considered by the full SST, with a focus on the core values of safety relative to Employee and Leader Engagement.
