Industry BEst Practices
The Southern Safety Tri-Lateral (SST) Industry Best Practices (IBP) Subcommittee, made up of two co-chairs and members appointed by the SST Committee, performs the principal function of capturing, categorizing, and making available safety best practices. Aggressive and consistent delivery and implementation of cutting-edge best practices will result in reduced risk and fewer incidents and injuries for Southern Company employees and all contractor employees supporting Southern Company.

Providing strategic oversight to ensure the vetting process aligns with database standards, maintains balanced workloads among teams, and integrates best practices into official policies and procedures.
